All RSVPs must be received by February 20th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the April trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your responsibility to pay.

Group bus transportation will be provided from the San Mateo office.  If you plan to drive on your own please email kali@executivegrouptravel.com

Momentive will not be covering individual transportation such as a ride share from the office to the hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] I am traveling to the office from out of the area, how do I book my travel?

For those flying in, please book your flight through Trip Actions (http://tripactions.com/). You are approved to arrive to San Mateo as early as Sunday, April 24th. Please book your hotel through Trip Actions and note that the max budget is $300 per night.

For your departing flight on Friday, April 29th, we ask that no flights are booked prior to 2:00 PM as you will need ample time to get to the airport after arriving back at the San Mateo office by 12:30pm.

Transportation from airport/hotel/office should be ride share or taxi.
[fa icon="plus-square"] What costs will be covered by Momentive at Club?

Momentive will be covering the cost of travel including: flights, ubers/lyfts, and the bus transfer to Sonoma, hotel rooms, meals, and your chosen activity while on the Club trip.

Please note any additional services such as a spa service that are charged to your room will be your expense to cover.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What do I need for check-in?

At check-in you will need to present three important things: 

  1. ID - Valid ID is required at check-in.

  2. Credit Card - The hotel will ask for you to provide a credit card at the time of check-in. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Your Travefy individual itinerary will  post any updates to the trip, we highly recommend downloading the app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are the Covid-19 requirements to travel to the United States?

For those of you traveling to the United States please be aware that rules and regulations are constantly changing but we will continue to monitor and update policies. 

Currently before you travel to the United States you will need the following:

Proof of Vaccination -  All non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrants traveling to the United States by air are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Only limited exceptions apply.

Negative Covid-19 Testing - Before boarding a flight to the United States, you are required to show a negative COVID-19 test result taken no more than 1 day before travel. There is also an option for people who have documented recovery from COVID-19 in the past 90 days.

Traveler Contact Information - All air passengers to the United States will also be required to provide contact information to airlines before boarding flights to the United States. This strengthens a travel process already in place to rapidly identify and contact people in the U.S.

Documentation - As a reminder, be sure to have your required documents, such as your passport and any visa or other entry/residency documentation.
