Group bus transportation will be provided from the San Mateo office by BEST VIP. Please meet at the San Mateo office by 11:00 AM for the 11:30 AM departure to the Fairmont Sonoma! When you arrive at the office, please meet at the parking garage entrance on Curiosity Way where Brooke Matheson will check you in. Please be sure to have your luggage labelled with your first and last name that way you won't have to tag your bag when you arrive to the hotel.
Momentive will not be covering individual transportation such as a ride share from the office to the hotel. If you are a local attendee and plan to drive in Momentive will cover the cost of parking for the two nights. For those driving in please let valet know that you are with the Momentive group.
1:00-4:00pm - Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and yard games on the South Lawn at the Fairmont. Join us for lunch, drinks, giant Jenga, cornhole, bocce and quality time with your co-workers to kick off a great trip to Sonoma!
We will be handing out your hotel room keys during lunch, so no need to go to the front desk to check in. As soon as we arrive please make sure your luggage is labelled and you are free to head to the festivities. As soon as the rooms are ready we will bring you your keys. Please stop by the front desk to put a credit card down for incidentals at your leisure.
**Check-in time is 4pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. Momentive has added resort credit to your room to offset the cost of meals that are not provided during the trip**
6:30 - 9:30pm - Please meet in the lobby by 6:00pm. Tonight we will enjoy a beautiful dinner at the Benziger Winery. We will start the night off with a picturesque vineyard tour where you will learn about their unique Biodynamic farming practices. After the tour, we will head to a tasting reception in a private space and savor the finest Biodynamic wines. Exploring elegant Pinot Noir from the far Sonoma Coast and robust Bordeaux blends from Sonoma Mountain in this tasting experience. We will finish the evening with a private dinner in a wine cave! It should be a night to remember!

Activity day - During the registration process you will be able to select one of the following activities sponsored by Momentive. All activity times will be scheduled in the first half of the day to allow ample time for those who would like to join the olive oil tasting in the Sonoma Plaza.
18 Holes of Golf - Enjoy a round of golf at the beautiful and challenging Sonoma Golf Course, a vintage golf club located in the heart of the Sonoma Wine Country. Rental Clubs are included!
Spa Treatment - Willow Stream Spa’s enviable location atop an ancient thermal mineral spring makes this a spectacularly unique wellness facility that boasts 3 outdoor thermal mineral pools ranging from 92 to 102 degrees. The Roman style bathhouse is home to the famed Bathing Ritual where guests are encouraged to “Take the Waters” for health and vigor. This includes two further soaking pools as well as a Halotherapy Sauna and an Aromatherapy Steam Room. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to relax, familiarize yourself with the facilities, and experience our bathing ritual. Please note that all treatments end on time, regardless of start time. **Please check your individual itinerary for your spa appointment time**
Sonoma Overlook Hike - 9:00am - 11:30am - This hike offers a pleasant 3-mile hike with views of Sonoma Valley. The trailhead is at the entrance to the Mountain Cemetery, just a few blocks north of the Sonoma Plaza. A diverse array of native plants and animals grace the gentle grade trail, and spectacular views of the town of Sonoma, the Sonoma Valley and the Bay Area can be found in the meadow at its top. After our hike we will head to a cheese tasting around Sonoma Plaza then head back to the hotel. Total trip duration 2.5 hours, this hike is easy to medium level of difficulty. Please meet in the main lobby at 9am.
Afternoon Activity: For those who would like to take advantage of the free afternoon join us as we head to Figones Olive Oil shop in the Sonoma Square. On the tour you will learn to taste olive oil like a professional. You will learn how we make olive oil and taste our olive oils directly from our stainless steel tanks. You will be served a beautiful Olive Wood Charcuterie Board loaded with an assortment of hors d’oeuvres. For those just looking to catch the shuttle to the square without the tasting you're more then welcome to join us. We will have a small bus going between the hotel and the square every 45 minutes or so from 1pm-4pm.
The bus departure time from the hotel will be announced soon.
6:30pm - 9:30pm: Join us tonight on the hotel's Breezeway Lawn to celebrate all of your accomplishments! Dinner will be served prior to our awards ceremony followed by drinks and dancing to cap off the night! Dress to impress! (please wear comfortable shoes as this event is on the lawn).
