Travel day to Los Cabos for the international team only (please use the SJD airport for flight booking)
*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival in Cabo, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Momentive sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
- Remember the beach is not swimmable in this area of Cabo due to currents. Please stay out of the ocean for your safety.

Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the lower pool area in the afternoon to connect!
6:00 - 7:15pm: Welcome Reception - Please join us on the Rooftop Terrace for drinks and appetizers.
7:30 - 9:30pm: Small Group Dine Arounds - you will be enjoying dinner with small groups at different restaurants on property.
For those looking for an evening nightcap, please join us at the 360 Bar after the dine arounds.

8:45am - 11:30 am - Momentive Business Meeting. Location: Salon Real. Breakfast will be served. This breakfast meeting is required.
Today is all yours to enjoy everything that the resort has to offer. *Please remember that the ocean is NOT swimmable*
Hotel Wellness Schedule (classes are subject to change) - will be posted closer to the event!
1:00pm-4:30pm - For those who chose the Catamaran Excursion, today is your activity day! Please meet at 12:15 PM in the lobby for departure for the Catamaran Snorkel and Arch Cruise! Be sure to bring a bathing suit, towel, and sunscreen! Drinks and light snacks will be provided on the boat. We recommend eating lunch prior to departing the resort.
Today is all yours to relax, unwind, and enjoy all that the resort has to offer.

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at Blanca Blue Restaurant from 6:30am - 12:00pm. Also don't forget room service is included.
Activities Day
Golf - 9:00am - 2:00pm. 18 Holes of Golf; food, beverage, rental clubs, green fees, and cart rental will be provided by Momentive. Collared shirt is required.
Spa Treatments - 10:00am - 4:00pm. Individual spa appointments (Massage or Facial) will be posted on your individual itineraries. We recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes before your treatment to enjoy the spa water rituals.
Resort Credit - Feel free to use your resort credit for an additional service at the hotel or towards extending your trip!
7:00-10:00pm - Farewell Party on Beach!
Dinner and Drinks will be provided!
Friday 4/28/2023
Breakfast on your own included in your all inclusive package.
Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Momentive will be covering all room charges and anything included in the all inclusive package plus 1 activity. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property.Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
